Traceability
You should be able to ask where it came from.
Most supplement buyers cannot name the manufacturer of what they take. This page exists to make that answerable.
Supplier selection
We identify the manufacturer behind every product before we list it. We do not stock anonymous white-label goods bought through a marketplace intermediary.
Ingredient sourcing
For each active ingredient we record the form used and the specification supplied. Where the origin has been confirmed, it is published on the ingredient entry. Where it has not, we leave it out rather than guess.
Manufacturing
Products are manufactured by third-party facilities. We ask for the facility's quality credentials and keep them on file as part of the listing decision.
Quality checks
Before publication, the ingredient list, active form and amount per serving are checked against the supplier's specification sheet. Anything that does not reconcile is not listed.
Testing philosophy
We would rather tell you what has and has not been tested than imply blanket testing. Testing documentation is requested per batch and retained where provided.
Batch information
Every pack carries a lot number. We retain the documentation associated with that lot for as long as the stock is in market.
