What we collect, why we collect it, and what we do not do with it.
Information we collect
When you place an order we collect the details needed to fulfil it: your name, email address, delivery address and contact number. Payment is processed by our payment providers through Shopify's secure checkout — we never receive or store your full card details.
How we use it
- To process, pack and deliver your order
- To send order and delivery notifications
- To respond to support enquiries
- To send marketing emails only if you have opted in
Sharing
We share only what is necessary with our courier and payment partners. We do not sell your personal information.
Your rights under POPIA
Under the Protection of Personal Information Act you may request access to the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not legally required to retain it. Email support@solvanihealth.com and we will respond within a reasonable period.

We use essential cookies to keep your cart and session working, and basic analytics to understand how the site is used.
Retention
Order records are retained as required by South African tax and consumer legislation.
