Ordering

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed once we confirm your order and it is dispatched. We may decline an order where stock, payment verification or delivery is not possible.

Pricing

Prices are shown in South African Rand and include VAT where applicable. Delivery is calculated at checkout. We correct pricing errors where they occur and will contact you before processing an affected order.

Age

You must be 18 or older to purchase from this site.

Product information

We take care to describe products accurately. Packaging and formulations may change; always read the label on the product you receive.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by South African law, our liability is limited to the value of the order concerned. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
