Delivery timelines

• Major metros: typically 2–4 business days
• Regional and outlying areas: typically 3–6 business days
• Orders placed after 12:00 are processed the next business day

Delivery cost

Standard delivery is charged at checkout based on your address. Orders over R800 qualify for free standard delivery.

Tracking

You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed and a tracking reference as soon as it is collected by our courier partner.

Packaging

Orders are packed in tamper-evident, recyclable outer packaging. If your parcel arrives damaged or opened, photograph it before opening and contact us the same day.

Incorrect addresses

Please check your delivery address carefully. Re-delivery to a corrected address may incur an additional courier fee.
