How to Build a Wellness Routine

The routine you keep beats the routine you admire. A simple framework for building habits that last.

Start smaller than feels satisfying

Most routines fail because they are designed for an ideal week. Build for your worst week instead: two or three actions you could still do while travelling, sick of cooking and short on sleep.

Anchor habits to things you already do

Attach a new habit to an existing one — supplements next to the kettle, water bottle beside the laptop, magnesium next to your phone charger.

Give it a fair window

Four to eight weeks of consistency tells you more than any single day. Track adherence, not feelings, for the first month.

Know what supplements can and can't do

They support a routine that already includes sleep, food, hydration and movement. They do not substitute for any of them, and they do not treat illness.

This guide is general education, not medical advice. Speak to a qualified healthcare professional about your own situation before starting any supplement.
